At Little Stars Nursery, our dedicated and passionate team is the heart of everything we do. We operate a Key Worker System, ensuring each child has a specific staff member who forms a close bond with them and their family. This approach helps children feel secure, cared for, and confident as they explore the world around them. Our key workers provide personalised care and support tailored to each child’s unique needs, fostering a sense of belonging and trust.
Our staff are highly qualified early years practitioners with extensive experience in early childhood education. Many of our team members have specialised training in supporting children with additional needs, and we take pride in our trauma-informed approach, which ensures that every child, regardless of their background or experiences, is nurtured and valued. Driven by a passion for early years development, our team works tirelessly to create a positive, supportive, and enriching environment where children can flourish at their own pace.
We are a very family-oriented team, where we like to see friends and family and take walks with our dogs. We are also a very motivated and highly qualified team with many years of experience, and this is the perfect combination.
